Event Terms & Conditions

The "100% Sun-Paid" event will start at 08:00 AM on June 1, 2025, and end at 08:00 AM on July 1, 2025 (BTS). EcoFlow reserves the right to shorten or extend the event period at its discretion without prior notice.

Participant Requirements:

This promotion is available to all registered users with EcoFlow ID on uk.ecoflow.com who are European citizens and are 18 years of age or older ("Participants") as of 08:00 AM on July 1, 2025 (BTS).

Event Mechanism:

During the period from 08:00 AM on June 1, 2025, to 08:00 AM on July 1, 2025, one user who places an order for a single item or a bundle of EcoFlow STREAM Series on the official store at uk.ecoflow.com will be randomly selected to receive a full refund (free purchase).

Eligible Products for the Event:
1. STREAM Ultra and STREAM Ultra Series Bundles;
2. STREAM Pro and STREAM Pro Series Bundles;
3. STREAM AC Pro and STREAM AC Pro Series Bundles;

Event Rules:
1. A lucky user will be randomly selected to enjoy a full refund (free purchase), and the winning result will be sent privately via email.
2. For the user who wins, we will refund the original payment amount of the valid bill to the original payment method. The refund will be processed within one week of receiving the winning information. If you have any questions, please contact support.eu@ecoflow.com for assistance.
3. The winning prize cannot be transferred, shared, or used to offset previous order amount; and it cannot be used across different sites.
4. This event is only applicable to the single item or bundle of EcoFlow STREAM Series products, with no amount limit.
5. If a participant obtains any prize by providing false or incorrect identification or information, EcoFlow has the right to disqualify that participant from receiving the prize.

General:

1. If you encounter any problems during the promotion, please contact support.eu@ecoflow.com for assistance.
2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decide to modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, we reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion.
3. Participants in the Sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this campaign.
4. All orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy during the sale promotion.
5. The sale promotion does not apply to wholesale or distributor orders.
6. Any unauthorized or fraudulent behaviour will result in the disqualification of participants.
7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion at any time during the promotion. Any changes will be announced on the EcoFlow official website.
9. All prizes in this promotion are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to EcoFlow's final interpretation.
10. EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.
11. EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with or arising from acts or omissions or any way related to this campaign.
12. Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign.
13. There may be certain orders that we are either unable to accept or must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors.
